Hello! My name is Sage Machia, and I have had a fascinating journey in the real estate industry. My passion for real estate began at a young age, as I grew up watching my parents flip houses and manage rental properties. Inspired by their work, I embarked on my own real estate journey at the age of 18 when I flipped my first home.
In addition to my real estate endeavors, I also had a brief stint in the car industry and even bred high-quality Great Danes imported from Europe. These experiences have given me a diverse skill set and a unique perspective on business and customer service.
Family is incredibly important to me, and I am blessed with three wonderful children aged 2, 4, and 6. Together with my husband, we own Big Dog Property Management LLC, where we strive to provide exceptional service to our clients. We also manage Hoof and Woof Farm, which adds an exciting dimension to our lives. Having grown up in a large household in Sheldon, VT, I understand the value of a supportive and nurturing environment. This has instilled in me a deep appreciation for family and community.
