My late husband Arthur and I opened Sherwood Real Estate in 1988, originally in St. Albans, and moved the office to the Richford Pink Lady mansion in 1997. Then, in 2019, we found a home on Enosburg Main Street. I have 30 years experience giving friendly, professional service for all real estate needs, whether residential or commercial. We endeavor to be the best there is in quality real estate service, including expert knowledge on subdivision rules and understanding state land regulations. I have been a member of Berkshire planning commission for 30 years and a developmental review board member from the time local zoning became installed over 20 years ago. I thoroughly know how to interpret the laws, and will give sound advise when lawyers need to be involved. I’ll help you ask the right questions. I am always open to providing a free professional market appraisal for your property.

I’m originally from CA and have a bachelor’s degree from UC Irvine. I visited Vermont in 2015. Shortly before my return trip, I decided to explore my dream of becoming a real estate agent. I adore the idea of helping people achieve their destiny, especially one as big and important as owning a home! As the previous owner of an online textile shop, I gained experience in web-design, national and international internet marketing, and creative design. I’m now using those tools for real estate advertising. During my second winter in VT, I went to back to school for FAA drone licensing. I am now a remote pilot and utilize my Phantom 4 drone to capture visually stunning imagery of VT landscapes. I also practice being funny with my improv comedy team in Burlington and beyond. My goal is to spread positivity, joy and excitement! I love meeting new people, both native Vermonters and other Flatlanders like myself!
